Not exactly the reaction I was going for. But it's basically become our onboarding review every time someone new joins the team: they open our SOP system, video and full transcript for every single step, and they're mighty impressed.
Also mildly entertained, apparently. This is just one of the “boring” processes that keeps me sane juggling a tiny human, a school, CMO work and anything in between.
