This morning I had two tabs open. One was: “How do we make Alt Marketing School run without me being live every week?”
The other was… “new slide fonts”. Guess which one I worked on first.
Afterwards, I realised this is such a perfect example of the two types of problems we see in business… and honestly, I’m the stereotypical example.
Because there are monsters (the big, uncomfortable problems that would change everything if you solved them)…
…and there are enemies (the smaller, recurring problems that make you feel productive, but don’t actually move the needle).
