I get asked about AI a lot.

Usually with one of two energies:

  1. excitement (“This is going to change everything!”)

  2. dread (“This is going to ruin everything!”)

To be honest the are valid, because AI can be brilliant…

…and it can also make your brand feel like a beige PDF.

Right now my whole operating principle is radical simplification.

Not "add more tools." Not "build another system." Just: strip it back to what actually needs to happen, and stop holding all of it in my head.
